Incredible house in and incredible location with an incredible host. The house was immaculate and very clean, we felt right at home. Sarah made the whole experience for all guests very memorable, comfortable, and heartwarming. We couldn’t say enough about the house, the stay, or the host. Highly recommend for your stay in Durango!

Walkable to so many great places and Monica left a lot of recommendations and information about the area. Beautifully decorated home with elevated touches that makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Would absolutely rent again!

Michelle's house was extremely well appointed. Kitchen has all the accessories that you could need. Washer and dryer are a plus. What you get for the price is great. It's secluded but close enough to town to stop for groceries or restaurants.

I would highly recommend this place for a Durango stay. While you are out of the city limits it is a perfect place, quiet and still close by all of the local things to do. As a Durango local, I highly recommend this location for the peace and tranquility that it offers, with easy access to everything near by with a short drive. The cottage was spotless and absolutely adorable.

Melissa's place was spotless, private, quiet, and walking distance to the best coffee shop in Durango. The space itself is airy and light-filled, with a comfy bed. I loved how centrally located it was while still being able to see deer walking by at sunset. It stayed plenty warm in the middle of January, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at Jamie’s house was wonderful! Jamie is an excellent host and the house is located in a lovely neighborhood with mountain views from the front balcony and deer in the backyard! We stayed at Jamie’s place for our wedding weekend and our friends and family loved to spend time in the house relaxing after activities during the day. I highly recommend this beautiful home and will stay here again next time we are in Durango.

We are an older active couple and Durango was a lovely town to spend a week in. Kayaking, the train to Silverton and so much more to fill your time. Donna’s home is perfectly located to just about everything. It gave us just want we needed. We liked relaxing in the Ash tree grove, & being near Animas River and the train tracks. Millie the cat kept us sweet company.

We thought the pictures looked inviting and the reality was even better. This was a charming apartment, thoughtfully furnished with a wonderful kitchen. The decor was thoughtful, the host wonderful. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay and hope to return someday!

I stayed here while in town for work and had a great experience. The location was convenient and easy to find. The space itself was clean, quiet, and perfect for getting rest after long days. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS EVERYWHERE WE WENT! Even our morning coffee and breakfast views from the windows was incredible! All of my friends back home were envious of our stay! I selected that I felt like home but it felt more like a family stay! A warm dessert was waiting for us when we arrived! The place was very nicely updated and perfect for our stay! She gave us fishing tips from her husband, and all the local places to go! We walked her suggestion up to Lake Eileen! It was A HIKE! but beyond beautiful! We loved every part of our stay! The place was very cool, and exactly as shown on the listing. It was super comfortable and quiet, and almost felt like home. Melissa was a great host, she was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to make sure I had settled in and didn’t have any questions. She also provided a ton of local recommendations. I tried a bunch and none disappointed. Overall super enthusiastic recommendation of this place. Next time I’m in Durango, this will definitely be my first-choice pick of where to stay!

Great place, great location. There are no drawers to organize clothes, but other than that, it is absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the place and would definitely go back.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Durango! Walkable to shops & plenty of food options. Short 10 minute walk to the train station too. Gretchen is a great host, communication was easy and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable!

A fantastic place in a great, quiet location in Durango. We also enjoyed the public/community pool for an afternoon which was a nice bonus.

Condo was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. Overall, very quiet in the building so we had amenities like the pool and hot tub completely to ourselves. Great location between Durango and Silverton. The restaurant on the ground level was good and very affordable. Didn’t have any major issues and Tina was responsive and helpful when we had questions.

This is a very well appointed condo. It was very spacious for two couples. Had everything that we needed and quite comfortable for our 3 night stay in Durango.
