Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Perla

Our experience at Ana's place was great. This place is situated in a calm neighborhood in Colonia Americana. It is conveniently located near many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Now, getting to the place was not too difficult, but you do have to pay attention to the address, or else you will pass it, as the address is not too noticeable. One tip I give to future guests is to check in at reception before entering the parking garage, so you can secure your space if you have a car. Parking is also very tight in the garage, but the plus is that this place has a safe space to park your car. Now, the place itself is excellent. It's just as shown in the picture. Very modern, cozy, and comfortable. The Host is also amazing, and she is very communicative. During our stay, we did have one minor hiccup with the AC as it did not function well during our stay, however, the Host was very attentive and looked into this for us right away. Overall, we had a great experience.

My contact person was Mr. Adolfo from message #1 he replied right away in a very nice way. Also, he was flexible with my check intime, I got there early in the morning and around 6:00am I texted Mr. Adolfo asking if we can leave the lagauge and he replied back in seconds and he let us in. It is very nice place, clean and with all the services in good condition. I am going to rate him with 5 ⭐️.

El departamento es muy lindo, me gustó que está en un edificio en el cual necesitas llave para entrar desde la calle, así que eso te da mucha seguridad. Las habitaciones son amplias, así que no hay problemas con el espacio. La cocina tiene muchos utensilios que te hacen más fácil y cómodo cocinar, aunque sería bastante útil que tuvieran alguna tabla de picar. Como sugerencia, sería excelente si ambas habitaciones pudieran tener aire acondicionado, porque solo una tiene. Ayudaría bastante en las noches de verano. En general estoy muy contenta con nuestra estadía y les recomiendo ampliamente este departamento.

Pasamos una excelente estancia, el departamento está tal cual se muestra en las fotos y cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirte en casa, estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Es sencillo llegar y nos ofrecieron instrucciones claras para hacer uso de las instalaciones. Así mismo, el personal del edificio fue muy amable. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Pasamos un fin de semana muy cómodo en el departamento, tuvimos que llamar a Isidro para preguntarle unas cosas referentes a la estancia, siempre fue muy atento y dio solución a todo lo que se presentó

We enjoyed our stay at casa Azul! Our rooms were spacious and comfortable and the home had all amenities we could want and then some. Our hosts were super responsive. We had several moments when something didn't go as planned for us and our hosts were quick to help us resolve it. They were so responsive and attentive to our needs as guests. We will definitely look to book again on our next trip to Guadalajara!

Todo mi equipo y yo quedamos encantados con el lugar, bastante acogedor, mesa para las 9 personas que asistimos, nosotros nos quedo perfecto por la corta distancia entre el domicilio y la Expo Guadalajara, donde estuvimos casi todo el tiempo, el dueño muy amable y atento, el lugar estaba cerca de todo realmente, fue una estancia muy agradable, muy recomendado.

Omar's place was a great find! Looks just like pictures, very clean, spacious, had towels, kitchen had utensils we needed. Every room had fans. I recommend Omar's place. I didn't communicate much with him, we were busy doing our thing. If I return to Tlaquepaque I would definitely book a stay here again. Also , very nicely decorated, simple and modern. Thank you Omar for your attention to detail , we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place, terrace is insane!

La anfitrión muy amable, atenta y bastante amigable; el lugar estuvo meramente agradable, me sentí como en casa, ya que contaban con todo los servicios necesarios para poder disfrutar con la familia y facilidad para cocinar si así lo deseas. La verdad lo recomendable ampliamente, para disfrutar de la bella Guadalajara🫶🏻

Fue muy agradable te sientes en casa, el área de la piscina es muy bonita y los vecinos respetan las reglas en cuanto al ruido así que puedes descansar bien. El anfitrión fue muy atento y nos compartió algunos lugares interesantes de la ciudad para conocer, así como algunos restaurantes cerca del departamento.

Absolutely the best place to stay at while visiting Guadalajara.

I stayed here for 5 days and it was a quiet neighborhood. There’s a lot of food options/casual chill spots walking distance. There are images provided the day of check in that are extremely helpful to locate the building and how to access it. We enjoyed our stay!
