Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Perla

Our experience at Ana's place was great. This place is situated in a calm neighborhood in Colonia Americana. It is conveniently located near many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Now, getting to the place was not too difficult, but you do have to pay attention to the address, or else you will pass it, as the address is not too noticeable. One tip I give to future guests is to check in at reception before entering the parking garage, so you can secure your space if you have a car. Parking is also very tight in the garage, but the plus is that this place has a safe space to park your car. Now, the place itself is excellent. It's just as shown in the picture. Very modern, cozy, and comfortable. The Host is also amazing, and she is very communicative. During our stay, we did have one minor hiccup with the AC as it did not function well during our stay, however, the Host was very attentive and looked into this for us right away. Overall, we had a great experience.

My contact person was Mr. Adolfo from message #1 he replied right away in a very nice way. Also, he was flexible with my check intime, I got there early in the morning and around 6:00am I texted Mr. Adolfo asking if we can leave the lagauge and he replied back in seconds and he let us in. It is very nice place, clean and with all the services in good condition. I am going to rate him with 5 ⭐️.

The apartment is very nice, I liked that it is in a building where you need a key to enter from the street, so that gives you a lot of security. The rooms are spacious, so there are no problems with space. The kitchen has many utensils that make cooking easier and more comfortable, although it would be quite useful if they had a chopping board. As a suggestion, it would be excellent if both rooms could have air conditioning, because only one has it. It would help a lot on summer nights. Overall, I am very happy with our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

We had an excellent stay, the apartment is as shown in the photos and has everything you need to feel at home, it was very clean and tidy. It's easy to get there and they gave us clear instructions on how to use the facilities. Also, the building staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at casa Azul! Our rooms were spacious and comfortable and the home had all amenities we could want and then some. Our hosts were super responsive. We had several moments when something didn't go as planned for us and our hosts were quick to help us resolve it. They were so responsive and attentive to our needs as guests. We will definitely look to book again on our next trip to Guadalajara!

All my team and I were delighted with the place, quite cozy, table for the 9 people we attended, we stayed perfect for the short distance between the house and the Guadalajara Expo, where we were almost all the time, the owner was very kind and attentive, the place was really close to everything, it was a very pleasant stay, very recommended.

Omar's place was a great find! Looks just like pictures, very clean, spacious, had towels, kitchen had utensils we needed. Every room had fans. I recommend Omar's place. I didn't communicate much with him, we were busy doing our thing. If I return to Tlaquepaque I would definitely book a stay here again. Also , very nicely decorated, simple and modern. Thank you Omar for your attention to detail , we enjoyed our stay!

The host was very kind, attentive and quite friendly; the place was simply pleasant, I felt at home, since they had all the necessary services to be able to enjoy with the family and it was easy to cook if you wish. The truth is that it is highly recommended, to enjoy the beautiful Guadalajara🫶🏻

It was very nice, you feel at home, the pool area is very nice and the neighbors respect the rules regarding noise so you can rest well. The host was very attentive and shared some interesting places in the city to visit, as well as some restaurants near the apartment.

I stayed here for 5 days and it was a quiet neighborhood. There’s a lot of food options/casual chill spots walking distance. There are images provided the day of check in that are extremely helpful to locate the building and how to access it. We enjoyed our stay!
