A very pleasant stay, good place to spend the weekend. It has everything you need. I would definitely come back.

Everything was great from the reservation, thanks to Jonathan and Alma who were always pending. As for the place it is in an excellent area, nearby there are places to eat, buy a botana, gas station, oxxo, squares, pharmacies ,etc. In the coto the pool is free during the week and on the weekend you can book, everything as in the photos and description, it has an excellent view. We highly recommend it for sure.

I would highly recommend this place. My stay in Alejandro's apartment was excellent, he was always attentive to everything and also recommended very rich places to eat and breakfast. The complex was a problem foreign to Alejandro; he is always very kind and very attentive to everything. If I returned to Guadalajara I no doubt stayed in this apartment.

Very good accommodation, for 5 people is excellent since the rooms are good size and the bathroom also, suitable dining room and kitchen. Very friendly guards and very accessible check-in, the area is not so nice but security makes up for it, this area is good if you want to explore downtown or want to ride around by Uber so it doesn't get expensive. My mother-in-law took advantage of every day that there is very close to Mercado San Juan and did not leave jajajaj, I went and bought, I would come back to leave things and come back so if you like shopping it is good location. I recommend it 10/10 if I would return to that place especially because of Diana's accessibility. I highly recommend. Cheers.

We were very comfortable in the apartment, everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is very well conditioned and nice, the host is friendly and attentive all the time. I would stay there again.

Excellent place to host, I will definitely be back in a couple of weeks. The area is quite quiet and the location is great. Very close to all squares and restaurants. The apartment has very good lighting, the amenities are spacious and above all very safe.

The stay was very good, we would definitely return again, the area is very quiet and with private parking that is accessed only with tag, I think for people who carry a car it is a very strong point since you can rest assured that the car is safe. The view of the balcony is amazing and comes with everything you need to eat, comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Overall everything was excellent and José was always on the lookout.

Super convenient for those who have children at TEC de Monterrey. The apartment is very well located, very well cared for, clean, like new. It has space to park in case you rent or have a car, which makes it very convenient. There are restaurants and shopping plazas very close by, which also makes things easier. Both Gabriel and Abril were very friendly and immediately answered the messages. Highly recommended!
