Es una casa sencilla, que cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para asegurar un buen descanso. Puedes estacionar en casa y caminar a los comercios cercanos. Si quieres ir al centro de La Paloma, son 7 minutos en auto. La casa se sitúa en un terreno de 2.000 mts2 que garantiza tu tranquilidad.

Comfortable and simple guest house, attached to my house (I live next door). It has two bedrooms, a small but full bathroom accessed through one of the bedrooms, and a kitchen-dining room. A wood-burning stove, TV, and Wi-Fi. It has a private entrance, parking, barbecue and garden, which are shared spaces. Family-friendly and quiet atmosphere. The front garden and grill are shared. There are 4 houses in a row. I live in one. Each house has a small private patio at the back.

It has all the basic amenities, lots of light, tranquility and is in the middle of nature, close to the center but located in a beautiful land where we have let live the typical nature of La Paloma: beautiful pines, acacias, flowers and birds. If a beach day is desired, it is only a few blocks walk, or 5 minutes by car and we will find the white and fine sands and the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean on Anaconda Beach.
