I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and it was definitely 10. The location is unbeatable - just steps from the beach, in a quiet and charming neighborhood. The place was impeccable, very clean and very tastefully decorated; you can see the attention to detail in every corner. Amenities and amenities exceeded my expectations - the fully equipped kitchen, stable and fast Wi-Fi, and high-quality towels and bedding made me feel very comfortable. Also, the host was exceptional: always attentive, responded quickly to my questions, and gave me local recommendations that enriched my experience. In short, I recommend this place 100% for those who are looking for comfort, good location and a first-class treatment. A place to repeat without hesitation!

Very comfortable, clean and tidy apartment, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Quiet environment. Very good communication and predisposition of co-host Lorena. Also recommended is the Minimercado Carmelita a few blocks north on 17th Street. Good prices without having to go downtown.

Place with unbeatable ocean views, all new, very good taste, decoration, and with the necessary basic equipment, grillero with ocean views/beautiful terracita, we really had an excellent time, and Sandra a crack in attention and flexibility for both the entrance and the exit!!!!

Nataly was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, peaceful, and just a 5-minute walk from the beach. I visited in mid-April during the off-season, so I don’t believe any restaurants were open in Punta Rubia. However, there’s a grocery store nearby with a good selection, including prepared foods. La Pedrera is about a 15-minute walk along the beach, and there were a handful of restaurants open there. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, quiet retreat.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and comfortable (we were 3 adults, 1 child and 1 baby). 200 meters from the beach and the same distance from services such as a supermarket, butcher and others. Sergio was always very friendly and answered our questions and requests quickly and cordially. I recommend it! We'll be back for sure!
