Apartment on the top floor, super cosy and with a divine balcony at sunset, where you can enjoy listening to the sea at night or the birds in the morning... but above all, the tranquillity. Good in the chairs or in the Paraguayan hammock. 150 metres from a spectacular beach and 15 minutes walk to La Pedrera. In the garden you will find a barbecue, as well as benches and a table. No need to use the car, you can walk to the beach and the nearest supermarket.

Villa Margarita apartment.

Apartment a few blocks from the beach with a pool. Close to everything and very comfortable. it consists of three independent units. One is our son who takes care of the pool and garden and the other unit is in PA and is for two people. Large garden with very enjoyable trees. Quiet area with little noise. Not suitable for parties or noise that alters the surroundings. The pool is shared with the other two-person apartment.
