Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Casa Maresia is located on the north beach in the first row practically on the sea. Its location allows the view and connection with the environment to be a unique experience with the comforts of a modern house and relaxation spaces on the beach. Hot water for the shower, LED lights in all rooms, a refrigerator, and a 220v socket to charge cell phones and small speakers. The house does not include bed linens.
