La Casita is very cozy and is practically new. It has all the basic amenities, lots of light, tranquility and is surrounded by nature, close to the center but located on a beautiful terrain where we have let live the typical nature of La Paloma: beautiful pines, acacia, flowers and birds. If you want a beach day, it is just walking a few blocks, or 5 minutes by car and you will find the fine white sands and the immensity of the Atlantic Ocean on Anaconda Beach.

Create unforgettable memories at this unique and family home. It is in a unique location, very quiet, comfortable and spacious beach meters from the beach with all the comforts. On the ground floor, it has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a third service room with bathroom. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Roofed grillero, ground floor wood stove. Dreamy and unique location! Not rented to a group of people

Maderas 1 is a house that we built back in the early 90's as a family project to enjoy and share. In a calm, peaceful environment and steps from the coast, summers and springs are highly enjoyable for adults and children. A property of 200 square meters between park and construction. Apart number 4 in our 8 apartment rental complex Casa del Mar. Ground level, very good equipped, super comfortable with an incredible view of the beach front Anaconda. Living / Dining room with trundle bed, kitchenette, terrace with it's own 'parrilla' to prepare asado, bathroom, and double bedroom. Parking. Big shared patio to enjoy and an incredible sea view.

Modern and spacious wooden cabin 300 meters from the sea, with grill and mud oven,garden ,large deck with hammocks and puddles. Equipped kitchen, beds with high density mattress. Large, very private fund. Cool in summer and warm in winter . Great for couples or families who enjoy peace in a natural setting between forest and sea .
