Charming Summer Villa "Sous les Pins" located in the heart of Palmyre aux Trémières. This family home, which was renovated in 2021, is ideal for a pleasant vacation without having to take the car, everything is within walking or cycling distance. The beach is a 7-min walk, shops are 2 min away, market, forest walks, tennis, golf, zoo, tree climbing, bowling alley, spa, restaurants, amusement parks, bike paths, water sports center, etc... Everything is close by.

Located 15 minutes from the beaches, a wooded estate of more than 2 hectares where alpacas, donkeys and ornamental chickens are raised. A large swimming pool is available and you can participate if you wish in the release of the animal enclosures and the various care. This ideally located home offers quick access to the zoo, shops, restaurants. Beach 700 m away. This large 28 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.

We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, on the right when you exit the gate, Sandaya campsite 100 m away, grocery store, bar and restaurant with ocean view)
