Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Madeleine

We spent a weekend in Bruno's accommodation and it perfectly matched the description and our expectations. Self check-in and check-out is really ideal. The house is large with everything you need available. The 2 bathrooms make it easy to stay with 6, and the bedding was really comfortable! The neighborhood was very peaceful which makes the outside very pleasant. We will be back without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at Hélène & Harry’s place! The house was very cosy, and had everything tou need and want. A nice fireplace, and a beamer to watch movies on! Close to the tram and you are in lille center very quickly. Hélène & Harry were great hosts. Would recommend!

The accommodation is faithful to the description and the cleanliness is impeccable. Top bedding, top shower pressure, new equipment and very neat decoration. There are fans in every bedroom. I would 100% recommend!

Rental in a pleasant neighborhood and in a modern building (elevator and digital code), very close to the opera, the nerve center of old Lille. It's all about walking. Very clean rental, well laid out, beautiful Italian shower, excellent bedding, nice TV and comfortable corner sofa. We liked it. Very good communication with Emilien, who is very courteous and precise in his information. It is a rental that will leave us with a very good memory, especially since it is close to the rue de Gand where there are many restaurants, which is not unpleasant.

An impeccable and tastefully decorated accommodation, a cute little terrace overlooking a beautiful garden (which unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy...). A quiet neighborhood and tranquility that we enjoyed. Services that are faithful to the photos. We recommend it.

Beautiful attic flat, equipped with all amenities and very clean. A few minutes walk from the railway station, you can reach Bruges, Ghent and Brussels directly by train. Klaus is a great host, many thanks!

We had a great time. Spacious apartment with all comforts, very clean and with a beautiful terrace with a superb view. The directions to the accommodation were clear, accompanied by photos. I would like to thank Catherine and her husband for their kindness and dedication. You can go there without a second thought, everything is perfect. The best part is a parking space.

Dorothée is a likeable, uncomplicated and communicative host who answered questions very quickly and described her apartment well. Great that she provided coffee and water and spices for us on arrival. In the apartment, we found everything we needed, although we didn't find so much "fragrance"  (scented bottles in the apartment, very intensely scented bed linen), which is a very personal attitude of ours, in the rooms. The bed was comfortable. And the highlight is the terrace - that's where the holiday feeling in the city comes in. The area is very quiet, but there are few opportunities to go out in the immediate vicinity, which did not bother us, as we were in the city very quickly by bike. The lockable bicycle cellar and parking space are ideal. After an eventful day in Lille, it is very pleasant to come to this apartment. Thank you, Dorothee.

Very well located and very quiet apartment

Wonderful apartment within walking distance to the Citadelle of Lille. Residence was clean, had all the listed amenities, great patio for sitting outside and the Host (Laurent) was friendly, welcoming and responsive. Good value overall and I would stay again.

Charles was very welcoming and the descriptions to access his place were extremely clear, impossible to be wrong! The place I rented was ultimately not available because of a broken boiler so Charles provided me with another equivalent or even larger accommodation. I was very well placed for what I had to do in Marquette, that was very good!

Beautiful little apartment with a nice terrace. Very well equipped whether for cooking or cleaning. The underground garage with the space is a plus! The residence is very nice.
