I booked this place last minute for a trip to explore the area. Brian confirmed it fairly quickly and gave greatly detailed check in instructions + a hand drawn map to help. The place was clean and nicely put together. At one point, I accidentally locked myself out and Brian quickly returned my call when I left a voicemail. He was extremely friendly and prepared for that exact situation. Previous reviews mention issues that he has 100% taken care of. It is obvious that Brian takes these sort of things into account and implements measures to fix them - something only a remarkable host would do!

Karen’s place is very nice, clean and has everything I need. It is very convenient for me when I come to town and she makes it very easy. Very reasonably priced compared to the hotels and I feel so much more like I am at home than I do in a hotel room when I stay here. Definitely, worth checking out you will not be disappointed.
