Just 10 minutes from the sea, this magnificent cottage offers every comfort, including a private spa and a 200m² private, fenced garden. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed , a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there's a living room and a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Cleaning is included in the price. Offering a pleasant workspace, an enclosed garden (currently being landscaped) and refined decoration. Close to all shops and local entertainment. Refurbished in the spring of 2024.

Our guest room, adjacent to our house, is located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. It is located near Villedieu-les-Poêles, Granville, Avranches and Mont-Saint-Michel. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, you will have at your disposal a private living room with equipped kitchen and a garden with barbecue and garden furniture. This place can be rented per night €65 for 2 people with breakfast or per week €400 without breakfast.

This comfortable house opens onto a terrace with a private heated pool (April 5 - October 1), and enjoys picturesque views of the surrounding hills and countryside. Mont Saint Michel is 40 km away, the beaches next to Granville are 35 minutes away by car.
