This beautiful family and rural home located in a hamlet will bring you calm and relaxation, and this is very close to Paris (45 km) and Versailles (60 km). To get around, Bouray or La Ferté-Alais train stations allow you to access the capital in less than 1 hour. Many tours and walks possible around the house: Gatinais Park, Château de Chamarande, Milly-la-Forêt, Cerny Airfield.

A stay in the countryside

We welcome you to our outbuilding, in the heart of Mondeville, in a quiet and green environment. A privileged setting to recharge your batteries for a weekend or to stay comfortably during a business trip. A popular stop on the GR11, the village is a popular crossing point for hikers and nature lovers. You can also discover the recently renovated stained glass windows of the Saint-Martin church, classified as a Historic Monument.

Beautiful old house of 65 m2, comfortably equipped on the ground floor in a typical village in the heart of the Gatinais Natural Park. Outdoor terrace with table and chairs, loungers and small barbecue as well as parking in the courtyard closed to the outside. The owner lives in the adjoining house. A nice hiking path is in direct proximity to the house. Milly-la-Forêt, Forêt des Trois Pignons, Barbizon and Fontainebleau nearby.

The accommodation is attached to our home but totally independent. It is located above the garage and accessible by the garden. For parking, you have free public parking. The train station is within walking distance (20 minutes).
