F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.

Possibilité de pêche et de canoë sur la Touvre, à 3 kms du centre Carat, près du groupe Naval et à 7 kms d'Angoulême, (Festivals de la bande dessinée, de la musique métisse, circuit des remparts, Fête Gastronomade) Le studio a une entrée indépendante par une terrasse, face à un jardin fleuri, coin cuisine équipée, lit 140, télévision, salle d'eau et WC privatifs.

Rent furnished house, renovated, lots of charm, stunning views of the city and 15 min walk to the historic center, 2 bedrooms 4 people (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), beautiful wooden terrace, close to shops and buses (direct train station in 5 min), free parking, residential area... Price on request during festivals. Nightly or weekly rate. Linens provided (sheets, towels and tea towels), beds not made on arrival.

A calm and peaceful moment

Very peaceful neigbourhood close to Angoulême. Garden of 4000sqm with a little forest with oak trees. Covered parking space available. 3km from Angoulême and around 7 minutes from it's city center. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.

Independent studio 30 m² on 4000m² park by the river (river access and directly from the garden), riverside terrace 130m2, shared heated pool from June to September (access from 2pm to 6pm). 10 minutes from the city center of Angoulême. The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by Cognac vineyards. Its 'Bauhaus Style' with cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
