Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Couronne

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

A charming, quiet and deliciously decorated home. Very quiet to sleep in. A charming little backyard. In the center of Chevanceaux and yet in a very quiet flowered alley that you forget to be close to the center of Chevanceaux. In front of the MFR a plus.

We spent 4 days in the house (4 adults, 1 child and 1 dog). The house is modern and super well-equipped. It matches the photos completely. The garden is well enclosed and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet. It takes 20 minutes to get to Angoulême by car. Monique is a great host. Very responsive and accommodating despite my booking changes. I recommend it 200%!

We had a lovely stay in Marie Line's house. We particularly appreciated the quality of the welcome, and the large garden with the sheltered garden furniture. The house is very spacious, and the bedding is of very good quality in all rooms.

The accommodation is very clean, very functional and comfortable with a real lounge area where we were able to meet up with 8 people and, which was very nice and above all very convenient, 4 identically furnished bedrooms each equipped with a bathroom and toilet. A real plus! One downside: the kitchen area, although functional and very well-equipped, is a little too small. Plus, the owners are lovely and welcoming! In short, a property to remember...

We stayed at Muriel's place while we visited friends in Angouleme. We enjoyed the very friendly and relaxing welcome, the clear instructions, the very quiet accommodation, well located on the ground floor of a beautiful bourgeois house, with a beautiful terrace to settle outside. There are bcp of dishes in the kitchen, which is convenient. Muriel was very responsive to our questions. We'll be back with pleasure next time in summer to enjoy the pool! very nice place! the accommodation is on the back of the dwelling so independent and very spacious! we were with a dog who could frolic in an enclosed space and who was very well received too and who would have had a great time also with those of the owner!!, thank you again for the welcome:)

Excellent short stay at Claudia's. Very well renovated studio overlooking the vines. Very clean accommodation and very well-equipped! The only small downside would be the times (6 p.m. for check-in) that I find late and (10 a.m. for check-out). We recommend 100%

Just like in the photos, we had a great time. The accommodation is very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the place is surrounded by vineyards. We ended our stay with a visit to the distillery, where we learned a lot from Claudia's husband. Excellent stay and highly recommended!
