Au bout de la rue, à quelques dizaines de mètres, explorez le Marché Paul Bert ou le reste des puces, ou dirigez-vous vers Montmartre pour profiter du charme du vieux Paris. Cafés, restaurants, boulangeries, spa, piscine d'hôtel en été, pharmacie et commerces sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied.

Located in the former stables of Verlaine, the house is a 10-minute walk to the Sacré Coeur. It has a lovely little garden. In the backyard. It is very quiet and very bright. It has 3 double bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 3 separate toilets. 2 cats live freely between the garden and the house, so beware of allergies. Our yard is cool and pleasant, however be careful not to speak too loudly and especially after 10pm so as not to disturb the neighbors.

You can both visit Paris very easily (metro 13 and 14, and tram 10 min walk) as well as rest quietly on the terrace (barbecue, deckchairs). The house is 85 m2 on four open levels, including two bedrooms each with their own bathroom.
