This is a comfortable apartment with lots of natural light and a nice amount of space. It has everything you might need. Mathilde is a wonderful host. We had a great stay and I would happily return.

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

Friendly and efficient welcome. Bright apartment despite the grayness of December. Very clean, real well-equipped kitchen. Good bedding. Excellent bathroom. Access to the store nearby, same for the metro with several connection possibilities. We'll be happy to go back!

Perfect location for a single traveler or a couple. The heart of the city is easily reachable by walking and the place is cute and cozy to feel like a Parisian. Highly recommended.

The apartment is extremely cute with a lot of personal touches. It makes you feel like you are getting the true Parisien experience. it is located in a very convenient location in terms of bus stops and the metro station. You will find a lot of cafes nearby as well. Just one thing to note- it is on the 6th floor. So it's a considerable amount of stairs to climb:D But that does fall into the authentic Parisien experience category. There is good good water in the shower but just be mindful that it is limited (maybe the heater is small)

Gisela is a hostess and an amazing person. She took the time to welcome us, was concerned that the accommodation was suitable for our 1-year-old daughter and took the time to help us reach the car park and give us tips. we highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in Paris. Rodolphe’s place was just as described and very close to transport that we could explore Paris on our own. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the host Rodolphe, very responsive, flexible and prompt with replies. Hands down the best host I have experienced so far. Definitely recommend this place and Rodolphe.

Very cozy apartment. Nicely decorated with art and practically furnished. We have experienced our stay pleasantly and comfortably. The location was close to several metro stations. There was also plenty to do in the neighbourhood. We were happy with the list of recommendations; the bakery and the fish restaurant were both delicious! I would definitely recommend this apartment at this location!

Lila's apt is as she describes it -- very comfortable & large & convenient. At first, you have no idea how many good restaurants there are nearby, but once you walk to the lovely canal, and even on Lila's side of the canal (right below your living room window), you'll find that there are LOTS of great restaurants, all very reasonably priced. And Lila could not have been a more welcoming or pleasant host. A GREAT stay!

The apartment is lovely! We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved spending time on the balcony. The metro station is very close-by, and it's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Paris :)

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the centre of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
