This studio (16m2) is located next to our main house. Its sheltered, south-facing terrace has a table and armchairs so as to enjoy the garden. Breakfast is included in the price. Single bed. The RER station La Hacquinière is a 10-15 minute walk away. The campus Paris Saclay, CNRS, CEA, CentraleSupélec, etc. is a few minutes away by car and 20 min by foot. All shops and supermarket are nearby (1,5km). We can pick you up at the RER station if our schedules are compatible. Self check-in possible.

Petit logement privatif (13m2) très bien équipé et décoré avec soin. Situé au RDC d'une maison, vue directe sur jardin. A 7 mn à pieds du RER A (20mn de l'Etoile), 10 mn Rueil 2000 dans quartier très calme. TV (Netflix et Amazon Video), WIFI + ethernet. Kitchenette équipée. Canapé lit "rapido" (vrai matelas haut de gamme, le canapé s'ouvre en un tournemain et l'assise est indépendante du matelas). Vous trouverez également tout le nécessaire pour un bon petit déjeuner. Située dans un environnement paisible, notre charmante petite maison indépendante entièrement rénovée (2023) est l'endroit idéal pour les amoureux de la tranquillité et du confort. Elle est située dans quartier résidentiel, appelé le petit Deauville en raison des belles villas qui bordent la rue. Paris est accessible en train en 35 mn (avec une gare à seulement 2 minutes à pied), offrant un accès pratique et rapide à la vie culturelle parisienne. Et le petit-déjeuner vous est offert !

The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.
