Absolutely perfect stay!!! Loved the cleanliness and privacy of the room. The room was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Hosts were amazing and always responsive. Also loved that there were 2 laundry rooms provided. Highly recommend!

You know the annoyances that can be part of the AirBnB experience? NONE of them apply here! This was a very well-appointed, well-maintained place. Bigger than the photos make it look. Great water temp and pressure. Excellent towels. Good storage for your clothes and luggage. Easy to find things in the kitchen. Wifi was fast. Easy to find extra blankets. A/C was simple to understand and worked like a charm. I slept well on the comfy mattress in this quiet neighborhood. And Kang was a fantastic host. A keeper, totally.

You'll want a car to reach the many local amenities, of course, but the residential neighborhood itself offers interesting and relaxing walks, and the house and grounds are such that you might just want to stay put and enjoy this beautiful home. It is filled with art and books about art, and a well-tuned grand piano. Six of us (plus a 6 month old) stayed there and regularly hosted a second family of six – it was a perfect space for conversations, both outside and in. We were all so grateful to have this home and garden for spending our time together.

Really enjoyed our stay in Emily’s beautiful place! The location is great - close enough to activities and restaurants and a nice neighborhood for walking. The house is comfy and just like the pictures. She also gave some great recommendations for area restaurants and activities.

We feel very lucky to have found Jack’s place. It is clean, comfortable, and nicely and newly furnished and decorated. In fact, everything looks and feels new, including the appliances and the bathroom fixtures. We appreciated that it is on a quiet corner with a high white privacy fence between it and the nearest neighbors. We will most definitely stay here, again.

Very Nice Small Cottage with lots of windows, and a pretty quiet neighborhood. We didn't stay in the area much, but there were stores and food right across the street. Easy to get downtime and access freeways. Would love to stay there again!

The check in was very easy and Kelly was great at accommodating us with an early flight. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The home was very clean and private. Location was very important to us as we brought our children and the area made us feel very safe. So happy so chose this location.

This was the perfect location for us to explore LA and surrounding areas. The suite was exactly as described and we were happy with everything overall.

I've stayed at numerous AirBnB's in Southern California for work (I used to live in SoCal, so familiar with the area). This is one of the best places I've stayed in SoCal. The location was wonderful - Montrose is an awesome location, great food, great neighborhood, close to 210 freeway... The accommodations were exactly as described and pictured (I was a little skeptical when the host mentioned "Incredible city views" -- it was true; you can see downtown Los Angeles and this morning we could see the ocean way off in the distance). Wonderful location and excellent host.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and set up with everything I needed. The host was and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. The location was perfect and felt safe. I will say the walls were pretty thin and the neighbors could be heard and the door keypad malfunctioned once but the host was very quick to help us get in, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Karla’s place is very quiet and has a beautiful outdoor area. She is very friendly and was super welcoming. Would stay again!

This stay was absolutely amazing! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exceeded all expectations. What truly made the experience stand out was the host—extremely responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

The way Cliff treated us as guests really touched my heart. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. The location was literally perfect for us and it’s such a great deal. It really is a private place. We felt nice and tucked away.

A perfect home with an amazing view, Maile would check in if anything was needed very communicative and friendly, very clean and everything you needed was in there, I had brought my own utilities but was no need for that, and always had hot water and A/C working perfectly fine and the view was my favorite part of the whole stay!! Would stay again!!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
