(Village stopover) Upstairs of a typical Breton stone farmhouse, in a peaceful hamlet surrounded by nature. Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Do you need a pied à terre close to Rennes for a small as a long term? Come and satisfy yourself in this unique and quiet little place, glued to mine but in total independence (⛔️ the rental part being the third right of the house⛔️). For holidays or work, enjoy the garden and setting of the place by visiting my art gallery, walking in the garden or peting the 3 horses present in the fields. Available parking spots.
