The accommodation is located by the sea. Close to the historic village of Suquet. 15-minute walk from the famous Palais des Festivals. Absolutely quiet with views of the garden. You will be in perfect privacy, the room is isolated Beausite bus station at the bottom of the residence served by 3 buses. Fully equipped. Wi-Fi. Quiet, air-conditioned guest room, with tea and coffee available. Great location: free parking, plenty of amenities – supermarkets, carwashes, cinemas (film festival). Shared bathroom and toilet, cleaned very frequently. The added bonus: - 2 minutes by bus and train. - 5 min: Forest "La Croix des Gardes" - 15 minutes: THE SEA! Along the beaches, there is food and drink available in summer. Shared kitchen and garden for often very enjoyable social gatherings. I welcome you with simplicity🤗

30 minutes from Nice airport, studio with a fully equipped kitchenette, independent of the main house, quiet, in a cul-de-sac of a residential area. Large shared pool. Ideally located to visit Grasse and its perfumeries, Saint Paul de Vence and its artists, Cannes, Nice, Antibes, the hinterland and its typical villages (hiking, cycling, etc.)… and of course Monaco and St Tropez! Sophia Antipolis is 10 minutes away, Beaches 20 minutes' drive away, Several golf courses nearby.
