Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Bastide-d'Engras

We had an unforgettable stay in this charming old barn. The house, modern and perfectly equipped, is nestled in the middle of nature, offering a peaceful and refreshing setting. Our host Hervé is incredibly kind, always available to advise us and make our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic getaway. The Atelier is a truly exceptional place to stay. It is a unique, beautifully styled property in a wonderfully peaceful location. Staying at the Atelier allows you to completely unwind surrounded by nature whilst being close to fantastic places to visit, like Nîmes and the Pont du Gard. The pool was very welcome on a hot day! Yolène is a wonderful, very responsive host, who has created a very special place to stay. She gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, shops and fêtes when we arrived but completely respected our privacy after that. We would definitely recommend the Atelier to our friends (in fact we have already done so!) and hope to have the opportunity to return one day.

Valérie’s place is quiet oasis in a great location for exploring the local region. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the local village has some great restaurants.

The property is lovely and the hosts were very welcoming and respectful and helpful with suggestions. Our only critique would be that the pool whilst lovely is not private and shared with the hosts who admittedly did not use it whilst we were there and if you like me love to cook the oven was portable and a slight challenge to use. The village and walks were incredible and the location near to Uzes, Nimes and Avignon makes for a lovely stay. A big thank you to Pascal and Catherine x

Couldn’t have asked for a better house - ticked all the boxes and was conveniently close to Avignon without being in town. The house was spotless with all amenities thought about. Pool, loungers, outside dining was brilliant. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning location and accommodation, like stepping into paradise. Last bit of the road unpaved, probably not suitable for a low slung sports car But we managed easily with our over packed family car. Gaelle is a superb host, extremely attentive.

We had a wonderful 4 days in this spacious, clean and peaceful accommodation. A beautiful garden with deckchairs, terrace and petanque court with cherry fields and vineyards at the end of the land. Three horses also reminded us of nature. Bénédicte was a very responsive and warm host with small touches that you don't often see: coffee, herbal teas, and everything you need to start the stay without running to the supermarket! I recommend this accommodation, surrounded by beautiful nature!

We spent very nice days in St Remy, the accommodation is quiet and beautiful, the children enjoyed the pool. Sandrine is a good host!

Isabelle was such a warm and welcoming host to us, we really appreciated how friendly and proactively helpful she was (both arriving and departing). We had the loveliest stay here! The apartment was so beautiful and spacious, with tasteful and comfortable furnishings, and has everything you need in it. The location is incredibly central and convenient. Everywhere you want to go is only a stone's throw away. But once you're in the apartment it feels incredibly peaceful and private, particularly on the terrace and in the pool. I genuinely couldn't reccomend this stay more:)

Personally I needed an accommodation to go and see from the family what I had explained to Adrien . I also drunk because the area is very beautiful. so perfect for me. the accommodation being in the c of the house I felt that I was not alone but not at all caring because large house. I specify it because I usually prefer to be in independent accommodation..but there it was the same.. I was not looking for the exchange. very nice accommodation . address that I remember to come back maybe.. if Adrien is ok!

We loved this apartment, it was all that it promised amd more. So relaxing and calm, yet completely central and great for all amenities. The historic entrance way has beautiful stone walls and the flat itself has some lovely decorative touches. The balcony was ideal for relaxing on and in the evening gazing at Saint Trophime's tower against the blue Privencal sky. Kitchen was well equipped with great dishes, pots and pans and coffee machine. Loved the clever wooden wardrobe, use of space for the bathroom area in the bedroom. Also excellent guide, cookery and other books available. Everything was super clean and stylish too. Definitely hope to return soon, thank you Caroline.

Super welcoming host in a peaceful and quiet place. You can rest in this beautiful place and visit this city.

We stayed here as a family of five for a week. An amazing apartment which looks exactly the same as in the photos. Amaury was a fabulous host who was super quick to respond and help. The location is fabulous with a great view of the Arènes. The stand out star of this apartment, is the terrace. Fabulous in the morning for a relaxing coffee and equally good for evening cocktails! A couple of points to note is that there is one toilet and that the only shower is accessed through one of the bedrooms. There is however a lovely bath in the other bathroom. We would highly recommend this place!

Marine’s apartment is lovely—comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and clean. Both the living room and bedroom open onto 3rd floor balcony which looks down on the cobblestone lane and canal is a wonderful spot. It’s about a 1km walk to the Palais des Papes, but there are restaurants very close by on Rue des Tenteuriers, which also features an artisanal brewing place. You’ll have to arrange to meet Karine (or her friend who welcomed me) outside the locked front gate to get initial access and keys.

Peaceful getaway. Host is very friendly, flexible and responsive. Enjoyed the pool after a warm day sightseeing, playing pétanque under the lights and sleeping in the quiet countryside. It’s easy to miss the entrance but you’ll soon find yourself inside a beautiful property when the gates open. We would definitely return if visiting the area in the future.

Nathalie’s place is a gem in Provence. Walking distance to Avignon old town and within reach of all things needed from restaurants to places of interest. We had an infant and the apartment suited him in terms of crawl space and crib area. The parking in the building was super convenient to have a car and explore Provence. Nathalie was super flexible with a late night check-in and even helped me retrieve socks after I had checked out. Overall definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Provence/Marseille area.

The apartment is very close to city centres , walkable distance to amphitheater all the ancient attractions . The apartment has everything you need washing machine , ironing board tv with Netflix. The entrance to the carpark is a bit narrow , you need to be careful if you’re driving a big car , Thierry is very helpful with guiding us to park our car

Very friendly couple, we had a great weekend with beautiful walks, swimming pool in the evening and boules games. In short, a real holiday

We were very satisfied - less than 5 minutes' walk to Place d'Herbes. Everything is clean, tasteful and functional. I'd come back anytime, price ok compared to other accommodations.
