Quiet yet very close to downtown area Pretty good stay for your stay!

From booking to checkout, it was very smooth.The location was not too far from the city, but there was a lot of nature, and the room was clean and very relaxing.The bonfire was fun for everyone, and it was a very good stay.

Victoria, the lodge owner and a Buddhist priest herself, gave us a tour of the temple and the chance to ring the bell. I was also delighted to meet Pickles, the temple cat, who seemed to enjoy the atmosphere as much as the guests!

The house is very spacious and has all the amenities. Especially the kitchen is very good. There is an onsen to soak in. The house is private. Very good for families. There are convenience stores and supermarkets. The mattress is very comfortable if you have the opportunity to stay again.

The foreigner at the receptionist was friendly and my 1-year-old son asked for a high touch (^ ^) It was a good trip.I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Maki&Toru are very helpful host. We encountered an incident during the stay, Maki&Toru helped us to find the police so we resolved the issue smoothly. The house located in a quiet and private place. The outdoor onsan in the house with a starry night was enjoyable.

The accomodation was great! the house was very spacious and the kitchen supplies were nice and easy to use. I would recommend staying here when visiting Aso, which is only a 30 minute drive. The host is very friendly and nice!

It is a traditional old Japanese house, so there is a lot of inconvenience compared to modern hotels, but it is very spacious and there are no houses around, so I think you can relax without worrying about the surroundings.The host is one of the best in the past, so I think it will be a fulfilling trip if you communicate a lot.

Zhang was friendly and helpful. She also answered all my questions very quickly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The location is great. A short walk to the famous sand sauna and a bus stop. There are many restaurants all within walking distance and we had no problem staying here without a car. Recommended.

A lovely place about 20 minutes drive from Saiki. Highlights were: incredible sashimi (saiki is known for its fish); local onsens (one of them over looking the sea with salt water); hiking in the surroundings and on the nearby island. I would recommend coming with a car as the bus service is fairly infrequent. However the family very kindly took time to drive us around to the places we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!

It is an old Japanese house, but it has been repaired and the host family is thoroughly cleaned. Pets are allowed and there is a kitchen, but there is no smell. There are two rooms with Japanese tatami mats. Each has an air conditioner for a relaxing stay. There is fast WiFi and no TV. However, shampoo, detergent, and seasonings are provided. However, I was told by the host family in advance, but I need to bring nothing for pets.Dog walking is an easy neighborhood. If you follow Google Maps, you can get to the location by pinpoint.Parking is next to the building and not narrow.

Even though the check-in was significantly delayed, you handled it nicely. Even though it was late at night, the interior description was very polite, and I felt that it was a great place to stay. Thanks to you, we had a pleasant trip to Kagoshima. Thank you very much.

The hospitality and food were off the charts! The food was unexpectedly incredible and the best meals we experienced on our three week trip. OKUMA and his wife were perfect hosts. It felt like a homestay. The accommodation is traditional and simple and the somewhat remote location is a perfect respite from the hectic cities. We walked up into the hills and around the island and travelled to Saiki and Oita.

A farmhouse in a rural location with shrines and temples nearby. Local onsens and cherry blossom. We had great practice making fires in our wood fired heater - very cosy. The host cooked us a delicious home-cooked dinner of local specialities and also gave us some of her homemade plum wine - oishi desu yo!

Staying here was the highlight of our trip to Japan. The soft sound of the stream combined with the singing of birds and frogs as you sit in the heated outdoor bath while the daylight slowly fades. The taste of wagyu on the charcoal grill, the crackling of the firewood, the clean air filling your lungs as you wake up in the morning - this place is absolutely magical! You can really feel the care that the hosts have for this place and their guests. Miho heated the bath for us every day and even brought over some honey when my girlfriend was feeling a bit under the weather. We would gladly come back every year if we could!

When you get into the house, the feeling is very, very much. It's one of the best places to stay on airbnb. The decor of the house is beautiful. The bedroom, kitchen, bathroom are good. The exterior of the house is quiet, perfect, but relaxing. It feels like your own home.

The host was very kind, and I had a smooth stay from check-in to check-out.The room was clean and cozy as pictured.There were also coffee shops, delicious ramen shops, and convenience stores nearby, which was very convenient and comfortable.I think you can use it with peace of mind for any occasion, including travel and business trips.I would love to use it again!Thank you.😊

Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay than at Big Bridge Guest Room. This place is a little out of the way if you're visiting Saga City, but we found it to be the perfect quiet home base in rural Japan, and the train station is a 10 min. walk (3 minute cycle with the free bicycles offered us) to Ushizu station. From there, trains run relatively regularly to Saga and take around 8-10 min. The place itself was gorgeous, with a beautiful tatami mat room to sleep in, and a view of the adjoining rice paddies. We cycled all the way to Kiyomizu falls, which was tough as it was a very hot day in April, but it was worth it. Most serene waterfall I've ever been to. The local specialty at the falls is carp, which we passed on, but maybe the next person booking a stay at Big Bridge can try it! 10/10 stay in Ushizu, anyway 🙏🏼

Coco Conne's listing is perfect for our group of 7. There are limited choices with 2 or more bathrooms in Airbnb and we're happy to have found this place. It's very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent. It is very close to the Subway Airport Line which makes it super easy to go around Fukuoka. There is a nearby supermarket, convenience store and Don Quijote. A short walk will lead to restaurants and drugstores. The host, Sanae, is friendly and gave instructions and recommendations very well. This rental is highly recommended and we'll definitely stay here again when we return to Fukuoka.

Kei was a consummate host. He was very clear with instructions and super responsive when I asked questions. The place had everything my family of four needed and the beds were comfortable. The area had a lot of good places to eat around it and a few hidden gems for drinks and shopping. We had a great time!

Really nice traditional house. Next to a busy road so be mindful of the traffic noise, especially in the smaller room but we all got decent sleep in the main bedroom area. Convenient location and very lovely hosts.
