THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

In front of the house is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It's a five-minute walk to the sea, and there's a kayak in the bay that you can borrow. There is a fishmonger and restaurant on the island, which is also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's natural landscape is diverse, with the open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the centre of the island.

Welcome to one of the most beautiful gems on the west coast. The house is centrally located with a sea view in the picturesque fishing community, just 40 meters from the steamboat dock with a ferry connection to Härön and a 5-minute walk to the nearest swimming beach. On Härön, you will find the popular restaurant Magasinet, but also beautiful hiking trails at the end of the coastal strip. Padel courts are available both in Kållekärr and in Skärhamn (10 minutes by car). You can swim directly below the house to the left out on the piers.

There are a total of 11 beds including mattresses in the loft (level 3). In addition, there is a double sofa bed and space for more mattresses. There is also a playground nearby. There are 1 adult and 2 children's bicycles and some helmets. Bed linen is not included.
