Beautiful wooden terrace around the house, so the sun can be enjoyed from morning to evening. Wood pellet stove/heat pump. Beautiful garden, which is well enclosed with beautiful cherry laurel hedge. A short walk through Ejby Ådal itself to Isefjorden. 800 meters to the waterfront, where there is a swimming bridge. We charge for electricity separately. Water consumption is included.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Relax with the family in this cozy home. The house is located at the end of a closed road with its own driveway and large garden. While the adults relax on the terrace, the children can play on the trampoline or in the playhouse. Should you feel like a dip, the house is about 300 meters from Roskilde Fjord, with a swimming bridge and mini beach for the little ones. The house is located about 20 km from Roskilde, Frederiksund and Holdbæk, and it is a good 45 minutes by car to Copenhagen. Electricity is NOT included in the rent. (see other details)

There are 4 kayaks and small rowboat, which can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. There is a gas grill on the deck. 1 bedroom with BRAND NEW double bed (160 cm wide) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on the ship's bunks. Remember to bring a fishing rod for fishing in the fjord. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

Absolutely stunning beautiful location directly to Holbæk Fjord with Bognæs Forest in the backyard. Plenty of opportunities for wonderful nature experiences. On the property, there is a private shelter and fire pit. Good fishing opportunities. The cottage itself is decorated as a Tiny House with everything you need. Good double bed and two slightly narrow beds, which are best suited for children. At Bognæs, there is a very special atmosphere and you will completely calm down as soon as you arrive. 15 minutes by car to cozy Holbæk.

The apartment is on top of another home, to which there are pigeons and goats with kid, so there is a lovely farm life. Free wifi, as well as parking. The city with supermarket is 10 minutes by bike, 3 minutes by car:) The apartment is 2 years old so it is sharp

Du kan se solen stå op over Østenbjerg og nyde den smukke udsigt over marker, enge og skoven. Her er havørne og ugler, frøer, der kvækker i mosen, nattergale i buskadserne på engen, og gøgen der kukker. Der er toilet og bad i en separat bygning cirka 50 meter fra hytten. Hytten er cirka 25 m2.
