With protected nature in Ådalen, there are plenty of opportunities to hike and enjoy the beautiful surroundings along the sea. The house is small but charming in a real holiday home style. 5 minutes by car to groceries, 45 minutes from Copenhagen, 20 minutes from Roskilde or Holbæk.

An extra mattress can be borrowed if there are more than 2 of you. The apartment is located on top of another home, where there are pigeons and goats with kids, so there is a nice farm life. Our summerhouse is situated on a small island, Oroe, in Isefjord. It sits on a bluff, almost at the end of a gravel road, with direct access to the fjord from the house. We provide Danish traditional summer house-hygge in natural surroundings with a twist of modern facilities. The house is our private home, open for guests only 10-12 times a year ( the original idea behind AirBnB) In general, we attempt to be as sustainable as possible i.e we always try to repair rather than to replace.

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Cozy little place in Gershøj with room for 4 people - bright and friendly in quiet surroundings, there is a fridge, 2 hobs and microwave as well as service for 6 people. There is a washing machine and drying rack. Small outdoor area with small table for 4 people and small canopy. The house is located in the second row to Roskilde Fjord - the place is located in a cottage area about 20 minutes drive from Roskilde.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
