Hier begint tevens het winkelgebied van Purmerend. Elke dinsdag is er bijvoorbeeld markt. Er zitten twee grote supermarkten aan de overkant van de weg op slechts 100 meter. De bushalte is op 200 meter en het treinstation op slechts 1 km van mijn locatie (naar o.a. het centrum van Amsterdam (20 min.).

A wonderful place with many beautiful cycling routes and a river is near the house. There are several beautiful places in the area that are easy to reach, such as Amsterdam, Volendam, Monnikendam and De Beemster. At the house you can park easily. A 5 minute walk will take you to the nearest bus stop. From here you can easily travel to, for example, Amsterdam.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. This is the cutest cabin to stay in, in Edam! Kristien was an amazing host and gave us a tour of the whole place when we arrived, and she also gave us directions on how to easily get into Amsterdam from Edam. The place is very clean and well set up. The local area is walkable with great restaurants, bakery, and cheese!
