The apartment is located in a small village in Midtfyn, a few kilometers from shopping, only a quarter of an hour from Svendborg and 20 minutes from Odense on the nearby highway, which is not a problem. The view shows the scenic side of Funen just 5 km from Egeskov Castle and a few hundred meters from fields, forests and a small river. A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. tenants have the whole house and garden to themselves. There is space for 6 cars. Parking is free. Dogs welcome. Egeskov castle, Gorilla climb park. The forest hugger Denmark's best mtb track. Zoo and many other things nearby. Many great bathing beaches within 15 minutes by car. Baker, shopping, butcher, pizza, and florist within walking distance. 30 minutes. By car to Odense city center. 12 minutes to Svendborg. 500 meters to the train station. Craftspeople welcome.
