This location is a bit remote but totally worth it. A stream runs by the property, a lot of jackfruits around, a small checkdam-waterfall at walking distance and further ahead some beautiful viewpoints. Locals are friendly, a young couple helped us to checkin and an uncle guided us to a viewpoint. Vivin is really kind, he coordinated everything through phone. We were lucky to have booked Sibi's cab from Kochi because they both communicated seamlessly in Malayalam and took us to lesser known sightseeing places. He got things arranged pretty well. Vivin also offered us homegrown fruits and jackfruits, his mom Sophie aunty was super warm and kind to us. This is not a commercial luxurious resort, this is a proper house where you get to experience how locals live, first hand. Different experience, totally worth it. This place is bliss at its best as it gives us the perfect staycation for a couple who are looking for serenity in the country side with a Bali like feel which makes you crave for more, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who are looking for pure riverside calm, perfect for couples !!

I had a great experience, the caretaker is very friendly and helpful. The stream beside the place is gorgeous and good spot for a bath.

It was a very peaceful stay away from the hustle bustle of city life. We had a very peaceful stay, there’s a river nearby. For eateries, one needs to walk to the town. The food delivery apps deliver if you don’t wish to order in. Host is very responsive & helpful and stays nearby. Thank you for having us!
