Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

The non-smoking flat offers a spacious dining and kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, a cosy bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 x 2m) and a sitting area with TV and Wi-Fi to relax. All rooms can be completely darkened. The bathroom is modernly furnished with shower, WC and washbasin.

Our lovingly designed apartment is part of our house built in 2016. The entrance is separate and leads through a beautifully planted atrium. The living climate is very warm and cozy thanks to lots of wooden furniture and real wood parquet. Mood lighting and underfloor heating invite you to relax and feel comfortable. The apartment is optimized for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 2 more people on the sofa if needed.

Hey dear guests, The apartment is newly renovated and is very centrally located in Tübingen. The train station is a five-minute walk and the city is also within a five- walk away. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Nevertheless, the area is quite quiet, and you can easily retreat.
