This new, large apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay in Tübingen. It is perfectly located at the edge of Lustnau with a bus stop directly in front of the door, which needs just 5 minutes to reach downtown Tübingen. There's a parking spot available right in front of the house along with an option to store bikes. There's a bakery, Döner and Pizza shop, a grocery store, a pharmacy and a doctor's office all within a few minute's walking distance.

Beautiful single room (new building) with kitchenette, shower/WC, terrace, underfloor heating and separate entrance in Tübingen. Bus stop right in front of the house and 10 minutes to the train station and city center. Centralized and still quiet. Shopping with bus stops almost right in front of the supermarket: Kaufland-Center and stop Sternplatz, Rewe City at the main train station-- it is only a few meters to the stop at Steig F, Aldi and stop Landestheater opposite
