I visited this place with my family and was looking for a private and convenient space. While traveling with a baby, I found that a baby chair was available, and the host made sure the area was comfortable and clean for our little one. The atmosphere was aesthetic and relaxing, making it perfect for anyone seeking that kind of environment. I would love to visit this place again if I ever return to Pune.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this house for the past 10 days! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. But what really made it special was the peaceful and serene location, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surroundings were breathtakingly beautiful, and the quiet atmosphere made it the perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. I felt completely refreshed and revitalized during my stay. The house was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a well-stocked kitchen that had all the essentials. It really felt like a home away from home! The host, Sameera mam was extremely helpful and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home. It's a hidden gem that adds a touch of tranquility to your life. A home away from home is an apt emotion that I have developed during this stay. The aesthetics met and exceeded my expectations that fit well for a longer stay. With housekeeping just a call away and home made meals kept my diet in check without any hassles. The evening cup of chai with sunset view is mesmerising and helps calm down your stress at a greater level. It was really a great stay , Smooth checkin, Clean stay, beautiful asthetic rooms, Good vibes. basically enjoyed the stay.Shardul was super friendly helped with checkin details and also suggested to take a walk of Garden which was really beautiful.

Really amazing place for a group of 10

We stayed at Pam’s Villa a couple of weeks back, and the stay was very memorable. We were 7 couples with 9 kids and 2 dogs, but were very well taken care of by the staff. The restaurant Satu’s point has great food, and the staff are very co-operative. Hence we did not have to worry about any of the meals. The place is great, with spacious rooms in the older part. The newer rooms are a bit smaller. The entire villa is well equipped, the swimming pool is nice and big. I would definitely recommend this villa to everyone.

Fabulous stay , highly recommended ! Tej Villa is truly a peaceful & well designed home. It had all the amenities as mentioned. Washrooms were spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all essentials . Wifi had a good speed. We really enjoyed our stay, the surrounding resort premises too are fantastic and most importantly 24*7 security made us feel secured. Also the caretaker was very kind. The location is easily accessible. We all , especially my kids had a great time. The house is much more beautiful than the pictures. And lastly our host, Thanks Priyanka for being super helpful. Would surely come back.

Our stay at this beautiful property was nothing short of magical — photos honestly don’t do justice. The lush garden stretches like your own private landscape, and the serene lake-touch view is simply breathtaking. At night, the moonlight reflecting off the water creates the most peaceful and surreal setting. Sherna, our host, was incredibly responsive. A special heartfelt mention to Munshi and Sunita—this stay wouldn’t have been the same without them. Munshi, the ever-smiling and warm caretaker, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always around yet never intrusive. And Sunita… what a gem! Her food was honestly the highlight of our day, every single day. Home-style, packed with love, and absolutely delicious—every meal felt like a warm hug. She made us feel like family, not guests. It’s rare to find a place that feels so personal, peaceful, and cared for. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Our goal for this trip was to live amidst nature and just take a break. And the Ravenclaw House is just that! It's at the foothills so its extremely close to nature with all the hiking trails and lakes less than 20 minutes away, but with all the amenities of living in a big city. Richa provided us with great local insights and our common love of being in nature and enjoying the simpler life, really bonded us! We are already planning our next break here, asap! 5 stars all around!
