This is a newly renovated 2BHK apartment with a private garden on the ground floor. The design and decor of the house is inspired by our stay in Airbnb's around the world. We provide a level of style, comfort and cleanliness that guests are only used to seeing outside of India.
“The apartment is as seen in photos, newly renovated and painted, beautiful interiors and stylish space. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, many pillows and blankets in t cupboard, towels. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove and water filter. Two bathrooms, clean and with amenities. Garden area was our favourite, beautiful place to enjoy the sundown with your favourite beverage! There’s light, fan and seating in the garden which really uplifts the home! Small issue arose but our hosts Tapas and his mother Aarti were quick on call and message and rectified the issue as best as they could. Caretaker Dashrath was helpful and friendly! Thank you for a memorable stay. Small con for us: the location was a bit too interior for us, but we don’t know Lonavala that well and we perhaps anticipated being a bit closer to the market. So it’s our expectation that was perhaps off. You need to take your vehicle to go anywhere. But Zomato delivers! :)”

“To begin, we had an incredible experience staying in what I feel is one of the extravagant homes in Lonavla. Our super host was super helpful in accommodating all our needs. She made us very comfortable throughout our stay by checking on us at regular intervals. Sangita, her staff, assisted us with all the requests at the house. The breakfast was delicious and as per local taste. They provided 3 different Chikis (sweets) - Welcome Chiki, Good Night Chiki and Thank You Chiki :) I highly recommend this house to all who want to spend a quality time with friends or family. It’s very close to the market still not so close that you can hear any noise. The house has a beautiful view of the lake and a waterfall running through as well. Thank you!”

“This place is a perfect spot to get away from the crowded city life. It's a bit lonely and isolated but that's what a get away should be. A nice cackling bonfire for the whole night made my stay very memorable. I slept outside the house in the porch area and watched the sunrise in it's full glory lazing in my bed. Since the place is located in wilderness it is advisable to wear proper footwear as snakes can roam in the grass surrounding the place. Also the house is located on an elevated platform so no need to worry if you stay in the cement & stone structuredbpremises of the property. We did not have electricity for the complete duration of our stay from 6 PM (check-in) to 10 AM (check-out). But the care takers Mr. More & Mr. Daji had arranged for portable charged bulbs for lighting. These lasted us for around 4 hrs. Overall the place was safe but it's better to carry your own torch and candles for illumination. Go ahead and book the property. You shall be thrilled by the starry sky at night and the sun rising in the morning and blasting away the dark sky. The vicinity is well maintained by care takers and the lawn is also trimmed. One tip- the road to the property is not a normal tar road. So a CNG car won't climb the steep slope leading to the property. A SUV or a normal petrol/diesel car should be able to climb the slope with a fair amount of driving skill. Also when you leave the property you might have to travel the same steep slope downhill in revert gear as you might not get space to turn around your car if the car is a SUV. So reverse driving skills will be tested thoroughly. I could turn around my swift dzire with a bit of trial and error but a bigger car will have to climb downhill in reverse for sure. ;)”
