With the ICW in your back yard you can sit, fish on the longest pier on the island, work(if you must) with availability to charge devices or just relax and have a beverage watching the sun set. Just minutes from the beach, walk or take the golf cart for a day of fun in the sun. After a long day grab some takeout or cook in the fully furnished kitchen and dine on one of the tables outside or inside and watch the boats go by on the waterway.

Keep it simple at this comfortable and centrally-located space. We are located within city limits,2miles from downtown 20 min to beaches. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Short walk to a minimart and the Greenfield Lake amphitheater. You will have a beautiful view of greenfield lake from the front porch.There is also large back porch and yard.This space is great for a couple or small family and is a great space for Remote working. Includes large fenced in yard for fun with family and pet(s) along with outdoor shower. TVs (WiFi w/you tube tv) in living room and both bedrooms . No smoking on premises. Come enjoy the dog days of summer (or any season)! (House is on pilings so must be able to climb stairs)
