This is an adorable unique space. Call it a bungalow, log cabin, tiny home(not on wheels),or a cozy cottage. It was originally built for the care taker of the farm houses on the property. It has been restored nicely with lots of charm. The home has a large couch and queen bed in living area. The loft has a ladder to climb up which has a queen bed and twin bed(great for older kids!). The outside has firepit,grill,seating, beautiful lighting and right near creek with picnic tables

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs.
