Between Spessart and Odenwald 1-6 people +2 small children

The house is situated in a rural district, in a quiet residential area. To Wertheim Reinhardshof about 6 km, Wertheim city center 10 km, Wertheim Village 16 km. To the Tauber Valley cycle path approx. 2 km, to the Main Valley cycle path approx. 10 km. The surroundings, Spessart and Odenwald are very popular with hikers. Many attractions are in the vicinity. We are happy to help you plan your excursions. In the village there is a bakery with groceries. The closest supermarket is 6 km away.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. On the first floor of our 350-year-old half-timbered house, we offer three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 square meters). The hosts' apartment is upstairs. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer can be used. The courtyard is available for recreation (currently limited by construction work).
