Very nice pool is available in the garden where you will be able to enjoy swimming and relaxing in it. Plenty of comfortable beach-chairs and sunscreens for all the guests.

This property is situated directly by the seaside. Dear guests, welcome to (y)our home. This beautiful house is located in a small cove in Kukljica, Ugljan Island. Old part of the house is originally built in 1921 by my grandfather who was a sailor and was building it while at home. It was actually the first house in the cove around 100 years ago. Of course, house has been rebuilt and renovated since and there are few more houses around now, but the cove has remained very beautiful and peaceful as always.

You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On the property you ll have main house Jardin, garden, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and pool house; you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.
