The cottage is modernly furnished, with beautiful surroundings and an orchard. It is located a 10-minute walk from Kali, and can be accessed by car. Nearby, there is a lovely promenade and a cycle path through the forest. This is the perfect place for a truly peaceful getaway!

House (apartments) Markulin is located in Preko just a few meters from the sea in a beautiful atmosphere. Fantastic location 200m from the ferry dock, it makes it easy for guests to navigate and quick to get to the property itself. The house is fenced with high, stone, walls that guarantee complete privacy. Thertle is full of Mediterranean plants with a children's playground. In the immediate vicinity there are all the necessary amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, butcher shop, fish market, sports field,bakery).

Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (from 15.9 till 1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

Dear guests, welcome to (y)our home. This beautiful house is located in a small cove in Kukljica, Ugljan Island. Old part of the house is originally built in 1921 by my grandfather who was a sailor and was building it while at home. It was actually the first house in the cove around 100 years ago. Of course, house has been rebuilt and renovated since and there are few more houses around now, but the cove has remained very beautiful and peaceful as always.
