This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. The house is situated in the nature reserve in Holstein Switzerland. Several lakes are within 5 km, and the Baltic Sea is 1/2 hour by car. In the garden there is a small children's playground (sandbox with sand toys, small trampoline, swing, small slide, climbing frame). Under the apple trees there is space to place the available tables, chairs, loungers. A barbecue is available for our guests.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. Our newly renovated two-room holiday apartment in Preetz offers nature-close living in a central location by the Kirchsee. It has a private entrance with dining area and kitchenette, plus separate living and sleeping spaces. Not yet perfect, but already very cosy and inviting. A spacious garden and the jetty with direct lake access are available for shared use. We welcome up to four guests—families with children or water travelers included.

You will find all of this very close to your cosy holiday apartment "Land in Sicht". At the same time, you can Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of the university city and Sailing City Kiel, enjoy a fish sandwich among surfers and ships, and end the day on the beach. Hello! We offer our apartment as private accommodation for rent. It has its own entrance, kitchen, shower room and living / bedroom. It is connected to our house via an internal staircase. Upstairs, however, there is a door which is locked. The place has a separate entrance. We allow you a flexible key handover. Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, kettle, dishwasher, fireplace and terrace are available. Free parking on the premises.

The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time.
