Easy to recommend Chan and his place if you're staying in Penang. He is your local uncle who will give you all the food and activity recommendations. The accomodation was modern and spacious (1 bedroom, 2 bath, large living room, large kitchen, with washer/dryer) so it was easy to live there. We also liked how it was away from the older area so we could relax in a more modern area at night. The area itself is only a 10-min grab to Gurney Plaza and a bit longer into Georgetown so very convenient.

Great stay for 6 nights with my toddler. Two king size beds - one very firm and the other bed was quite squeaky.. but comfortable. Beautiful view. Kitchen was great and nice to have a washer AND dryer. Only things to note, bathroom seemed to always stay wet.. and there is no window in the living room but it didn’t bother us. Nice to have a grocery store and restaurants right on the ground floor. Would stay again!

شقة واسعة وجميلة تحتوي على غرفتين نوم غرفة ماستر وغرفة بها سريرين منفصلين وثلاث حمامات احداهم يحتوي على بانيو ومطبخ وغرفة غسيل يوجد في اسفل المبنى بقالة لم تعجبني الملصقات التحذيرية بفرض غرامات على اكثر الجدران وشروط غسيل الصحون قبل المغادرة ماهو عمل عمال النظافة هنا

This apartment is long and narrow and only has one source of light, which is a large window in the bedroom that looks out to the sea in the distance. There is a washer/dryer and a water filter in the kitchen which are great assets for long-term travelers. It is one of the more expensive places that we stayed at in Malaysia, but that's Penang for you. There is a bus stop right in front of the Island Plaza that takes you anywhere on the island for cheap, so it is extremely easy to get around from here. Overall, we recommend it.

Strategic location where not far from airport and also George town. lots of hawker stalls nearby<2km (need car). the view is panoramic which can view the sea.. lots of amenities provide and have a Coway water filler and dryer are a plus . Definitely will stay again if visit Penang

The host, Esther, is very responsive and gives good recommendations on food to try around the area. She even had a welcome snack for us in case we were hungry after long hours of driving to Penang! Checking in was easy as it's done via an easily accessible locked mailbox. However, before driving into the carpark for the first time, someone has to collect the carpark payment card if you do not have your own TnG card. The suite is very clean, even in hard-to-reach corners. Many household needs are covered too, including a TV, washing machine (washing powder and softener included), clothes dryer, many hangers, enough utensils for 5+ people, dish-cleaning soap etc. Great location - connected to a mall that includes a supermarket with everything needed. Another new mall across the overhead bridge too. Food choices nearby were good, a lot of restaurants and an open-air food center selling delicious authentic local food. Fully recommend to anyone who is staying in Penang for a while!

9일동안 머물렀었는데 정말 내집처럼 편히 쉴수 있었어요. 우선은 모든 친구와 수건들이 너무 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있었고 집안곳곳의 청소 상태가 휼룡했어요 그리고 모든 물품들이 잘 비치되어 있어 지내기에 불편함이 없었어요. 거실에서 보이는 전망은 도시와 바다가 조화롭게 어우러져 정말 멋졌어요. 만약 다시 패낭을 여행한다면 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소에요.

Richard is a very communicative host! He explained all the instructions in great detail, making it easy for us to check in and out. The property itself is very cozy, we really enjoyed our stay, loved the facilities, and couldn’t get enough of the amazing view from our room. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind!

I stayed here for almost a month and I really liked the place. super easy to go the groceries on the basement floor and plenty of restaurants and gyms in the area. within walking distance of several malls and public transport right outside. only comment is the power outlets in the apartment aren't conveniently located but that's easy to work around

Looks exactly like the pictures. We appreciated the ensuite bathrooms in all rooms, aircond in all rooms and common areas, the washer-dryer and the tasteful decor. The TV and surround sound system is definitely premium. Private, seemingly upscale location, 15 mins from Amanjaya Walk. We had a little issue with finding switches for the living room aircond (behind the curtain), and a little bit of water supply issue on the ground floor, which the host solved promptly within hours. For families with babies, note that this property does not have a hot/cold water dispenser.

Very clean and nicely furnished 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor with great views. The massage chair was an unusual amenity which our group enjoyed using! Also very good amenities in the building (pool, fitness center, 24-hour minimart downstairs) and apartment (washer/dryer, utility room, half-bathroom). Apartment was well maintained and hosts responded quickly to requests and questions. We would recommend!

Chong is verry nice host. Verry friendly, kind person, fast respond and verry helpfull. He helps us from the first time we reach. The house is super clean, everything is complete. Soap, shampoo, house cleaner, etc. I love to stay there. I love the swimming pool. So nice and big. And also got fitness center. So we can always go to gym. Location is also nice. Verry quite. But i love the surround. If you want to buy something to eat you can direct go to Lotus. It’s only 5 minutes by walking. Everything is cheap. You can buy grocerry. And also got foodcourt. You can buy food, MCD, BurgerKing,or Sushi. And it’s not far a way to go anywhere. For example it’s take 10 minutes to go to Shooping Center Gurney Mall. I defenetly coming back there. Thankyou so much, Chong 🙏🏻

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.
