Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kuala Muda District

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

Karyen is an outstanding host, and her place is in an unbeatable location! Our favorite coffee shop, Be Angles, and Powehouse Fitness gym are in the complex, along with the supermarket, the best chicken rice shop, and many other stores. Additionally, the beach and numerous hawker centers are within walking distance, offering a variety of dining and leisure options. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay exceptionally pleasant. Karyen's attentive hospitality and the prime location made this the best place we've ever stayed. Highly recommend! Thank you for having us!

Casey was a wonderful host! The place is identical to the photos and a great place to base yourself to explore Georgetown. Walkable to some amazing food courts and easy grab to many night markets. Wonderful views from both the condo and swimming pool.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described. clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to restaurants and shop. Stays for 5 days with my family for raya. Not that spacious but we got everything that we need. The place is walkable to lotus, mosque, mini mart and many more. One thing that the host might need to updated, which is the grill color that mismatch with the photo provided. Also the bathroom floor a bit sticky so it left a black thing on your sole. But that’s not a big deal. We enjoy our stays and it’s worth it. Definitely recommended. Thanks for being a great host!

The place is lovely. Great for a vacation. Beach is nice, night market is... well, night market-y, the pool is LOVELY, and the gym is great. Mostly quiet - watch out for holiday nights though, the traffic is a nightmare! The space is great, nice kitchen. Gary is very helpful! Grab works to get all your food delivered. So I would LOVE to live there forever... just a bit expensive once you know Penang prices for long term stay. So it is perfect for a vacation!
