Meine Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen mit Blick auf Dänemark. Die Wohnung ist in 2017 neu renoviert worden. Tolle Busverbindungen bringen einen innerhalb von 10 Min. ins Zentrum von Flensburg. Dänemark ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsgelegenheiten gibt es in unmittelbare Nähe. Minigolf direkt vor der Haustür. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt kostenlos vor Ort. Unmittelbare Strandnähe.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Private room in the heart of Flensburg. The city center is within walking distance and yet the room is quietly located in a historic courtyard. I myself only use the apartment a few days a week. This is a large room, divided into sleeping and living area with TV. Kitchen and bathroom are of course also available to you. The bed is 140 cm wide.

We only rent the apartment on the upper floor of our house. A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The size of the apartment is about 50 square meters.
