The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. My accommodation is close to Klagenfurt (8 km) and Lake Wörthersee (5 km). It is located directly on the Rauschelesee, a small warm swimming lake in the landscape reserve. Klagenfurt Airport is about 14 km away. The bus stop is very close. You will love my place if you are looking for the original, close to nature, love to live by the water and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.
