Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

By car, it's about 10 minutes to Lake Wörthersee. You'll love my place because of the bright rooms. It is located in the center of the city and has friendly neighbors. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). Free parking is included.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und es gibt zahlreiche Shops und Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Im Haus befindet sich eine Bäckerei, solltest du einmal nicht selbst dein Frühstück machen wollen. Der Benediktiner Markt, ein sehr guter Bauernmarkt mit lokalen Essenständen, ist ganz in der Nähe.

Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.
