Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Simply relax and unwind, start your activities from here – or combine both and end a varied day on your own beach at the swimming lake (approx. 220 m). Our three apartments are ideally suited as a central starting point for hikes in the Karawanken or cycling trips on the Drau Cycling Path. For walking, strolling, feeling good and relaxing, you can reach in max. 30 minutes to all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.

It is equipped with all the necessary things to provide you with a pleasant stay. We are also happy to provide you with bicycles! Municipal taxes of €2.70 per night are charged per guest. My accommodation is close to Klagenfurt (8 km) and Lake Wörthersee (5 km). It is located directly on the Rauschelesee, a small warm swimming lake in the landscape reserve. Klagenfurt Airport is about 14 km away. The bus stop is very close. You will love my place if you are looking for the original, close to nature, love to live by the water and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.
