The guest house is located in the green recreational area of Hoeven. You will find the historic Oudenbosch 2 km away and in 20 minutes you will be in the centre of Burgundian Breda. You can also reach Antwerp and Rotterdam within 45 minutes. In addition to a king size bed and a nice sitting area, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can spend time privately.

Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural area. On the 1st floor of the studio is a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a double bed and two single beds on the loft. On the ground floor are the toilet and the bathroom with bath and separate shower. You have your own front door, can park at the door and sit outside. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

At the campsite, you can swim, rent a canoe or kayak, cycle through the nature reserve with cycling routes, or of course skate. Enjoy a drink at the Bar aan de Baak, a charming little outdoor bar.
