Die Ostsee ist in 14 km jederzeit erreichbar (Pool im Sommer!), Wald und Wiesen auf der Kühlung - der Jakobsweg führt durchs Dorf und der Wanderweg startet vor der Tür. Die Rehe springen am Rand der Pferde-Koppel und wer genau schaut, sieht den Fuchs und je nach Jahreszeit die Wildgänse oder Kraniche über den Hof fliegen und der Hahn kräht (!). On our family-run vacation property, you have the opportunity to spend your vacation in 10 apartments in our country house. Each apartment has its own terrace, grills are available. You can explore the entire Baltic Sea coast via very good bike paths. The baker for fresh rolls is around the corner. 2 very nice beaches, supermarkets, restaurants are 5 minutes away by car. There is no shortage of excursion destinations such as zoo, thermal baths, adventure farms, cities for strolling.

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.

The cozy apartment is about 39 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of the former inspector's house of Westenbrügge. The apartment is in mint condition and was completed in 2019. The separate entrance is via an external staircase. Amenities include: living room/bedroom, shower room, kitchenette, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, large outdoor terrace and parking right by the house. The price includes electricity, water, heating as well as bed linens and towels.

Our renovated holiday apartment, which has underfloor heating, is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house and has its own separate entrance. Situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Bad Doberan, close to the Baltic Sea, this 35-square-metre studio apartment is an inviting place to stay. Local attractions are easy to get to by car or by bike. The train is just a 7-minute walk away and will take you to Rostock in 20 minutes.

Vacation in the old bakery

The rustic Backhus is part of the Old Museum Yard and can accommodate up to 6 people on two floors. In the adjoining garden you can barbecue, play and enjoy the view as you wish. 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. On request and subject to availability, we will gladly provide you with additional bicycles with which you can explore the surroundings. The sightseeing towns of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn are just a stone's throw away.

Schulzenhof-Woest - Vacation home

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Our apartment is located in our own house on the ground floor and in a quiet location on the outskirts of the city of Bad Doberan. At 42 m², our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
