A thoroughly cozy and lovely place. Lots of personal charm and history. Everything you needed and more was available. Very welcoming, informative and hospitable host. Perfectly located for exploring the southern Dolomites or enjoying the tranquility and nature of the house. Exciting house to explore. Close distance to good shopping, shops, and restaurants. Have the greatest desire to come back - can only be recommended.

Silvana was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake the evening of our arrival. Quiet and ideal location for us who wanted to ski. A safe location is provided to store skiing. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen has all the accessories to prepare your meals. Cauldrons are excellent qualities please pay attention. As far as the billing for hot water and heating it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). Super location suitable for companies because it is isolated and with ample outdoor spaces that allow activities (football, volleyball, tennis, bocce ball) or relaxation (sun terrace, jacuzzi, sauna both inside and outside the house). From the area there are also several hikes of different levels. The essential amenities ( bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher shop) are just a few minutes away by car ( no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. Patrizia and her husband are really friendly and helpful. The chalet, nestled in the Dolomites, is a real slice of paradise where you can relax and enjoy the silence that the surrounding space imposes.

Old/historical house that was well maintained, spotless clean, and extremely spacious. Better than advertised. Walkable to town in 5 minutes. Easy parking. Would definitely return.

If You want a very private and peaceful place, surrounded by nature, this house is for you!

Chalet surrounded by greenery and total tranquility of Trentino, equipped with all comforts, very clean and reachable by any type of car, if you have learned to drive, but better to have someone else drive in the last stretch. Starting on foot from the house you can do several hikes on foot or by mountain bike without particular physical preparation and enjoying breathtaking views. Added value, a nice fox who visited us every night. Recommended!

Beautiful house with magnificent views, quiet, green and cozy. We especially enjoyed the wellness facilities with hot tube , swimming pond and sauna.

You will be welcomed very friendly with drinks and a small refreshment on the terrace at check-in. We felt immediately comfortable . In the pictures it looked good but in live, simply indescribable, beautiful views and great amenities. We had a very nice few days with perfect weather and will definitely be back .

We had an amazing stay at this house! The place is beautiful and very quiet, perfect for relaxing with a group of friends. The house is spacious, clean and really comfortable, with everything you need to feel at ease. The host was kind and helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Very high quality chalet, with lots of light, and a chic layout with modern furniture and amenities. Everything spotless and in perfect condition. Surpassed expectations and actually better than it looks on screen! We were 2 families, 9 in total of varying ages and the layout was just right, with enough beds and bathrooms for everyone, all the utensils and kitchen equipment necessary to prepare food, and 10 mins walk to town with lots of dining, bar, etc. options. Ski lifts were also 10 mins walk but with lockers nearby so you don't have to go in boots or carrying skis. The host was near-immeidately responsive to questions. We had a couple of small issues come up that were dealt with on the day while we were out skiing and we were generously gifted the two bottles of wine we drank from the small but very nice selection as a recompense.

We were mountain biking with 6 people. The accommodation was fantastic. Huge large bike room with everything you need!

It was great. My family and I stayed for almost a week. I highly recommend it. The ski area is a short drive away.
