Nicht weit von der Skipiste vom Skigebiet Kronplatz und auch im Sommer zentral gelegen für unvergessliche Wanderungen. Das Haus bietet 2 Schlafzimmer für 4 Erwachsene. Zusätzlich können bis zu zwei Kinder unterkommen.

Our light-flooded apartment is fully equipped, and features a private south-facing balcony with a unique view. Thanks to the central location of the chalet, you can start your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter directly from the accommodation by foot. Afterwards, treat yourself to a few hours of relaxation in the private sauna in your chalet or end the day on the couch with a glass of wine and a view through our panoramic windows.

The "Egon Schiele" double room is located on the first floor of the Art Nouveau villa (Café Villa Bux) and is furnished in the same style. The bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV, minibar, desk, and wardrobe. The adjoining private bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen, a bidet, and a toilet. The room faces the street and includes a spacious balcony. The local tax of €2.20 per person, per night, is charged separately on-site.

Located in Sarnonico in the region South Tyrol-Trentino, the holiday home ‘Landhaus Silene’ is nestled within beautiful nature. Boasting a mountain view, the charming house consists of an open living room with access to a private, ground-level terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Vacation home Gann - Greit

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.

Renovated in Mid-Century style, it now shines in new splendor, with interiors that bring the 60s back to life. A whirlpool with views invites you to relax. The Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site, are just a stone’s throw away, while Brixen’s historic old town is only a few minutes’ walk via an ancient Roman path.

My place is close to a bus stop, ski lift and cross-country ski run and toboggan runs. In summer and winter, it is an ideal starting point for hikes to the Gsieser Almen.
