Bruno is very friendly and attentive to answer any questions that arise. The place is quite comfortable and nice. It has plenty of cooking utensils. The location is good for traveling to different places but in Auto. We were left with the desire to swim a bit, but the Pool was not available due to the cold and rainy season.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at this villa, and it was truly an holiday to remember. Our group of nine found the villa spacious, comfortable, and clean. Suzanna welcomed us warmly and was always on hand if we needed her. The WiFi was good. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the pool. Pristine (cleaned almost daily) and inviting, it provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was large and very comfortable, offering plenty of shaded seating and space for dining outside. We loved the table-tennis table too. The villa's interior was basic but clean - we only used it really for sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed (a kettle would be a great addition!) and 3 bathrooms with showers was plenty. Having a car is highly recommended. The villa is in a peaceful, scenic location, but you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area/food shopping etc. Good shops and bakeries are close by. Lastly, don’t forget to pack some mosquito spray!

We were able to celebrate a very pleasant JGA, the apartment offered everything we needed and the communication was very good. Recommended

Our stay in Sarnonico is unparalleled: The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully located and so lovingly and richly equipped that you feel more than comfortable and welcome from the start. Everything has been thought of that you might need as a guest, very clean and very cozy - the farewell was not easy for us! The garden, with its varied design and beautiful corners for lingering, invites you to explore, and the natural swimming pond is another highlight! In addition, the selection of delicious herbs, salads and vegetables is fantastic - thank you very much for letting us help ourselves so much! This positive impression is rounded off by the host: Helmuth is very helpful and courteous, generous and has very good tips, happy to help with the restaurant choice, knows beautiful (hiking)paths and, and, and … Thank you for the wonderful days, we really enjoyed being a guest! We need at least two bathrooms for six people, this house fully meets our requirements, although there is a bunk bed, but the room will still drop two suitcases.The host is very friendly and she is a kind person.

My friend and I liked this accommodation very much. The hosts were very nice and easy to reach. The balcony had a fantastically beautiful view, where we enjoyed breakfast. The place was very clean. We felt very comfortable and will definitely book this accommodation again.

We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

We (2 couples) had a wonderful weekend at Christina's place. The apartment is great, very clean, cozy, well equipped (towels of various sizes, kitchen with spices, dish towels, many glasses, etc., additional blankets, information material for activities, restaurants, etc.) and with parking. Just around the corner there is a nice bakery. For restaurants, however, you need a car, about a 10-minute drive and then you are already in downtown Sterzing. In summer you can use the small garden in front of the house. There is no dishwasher, but you have a freezer available next to the fridge. The guest toilet (no shower) is very convenient next to the spacious bathroom on the 1st floor (with bath and shower). Christina welcomed us warmly after she described the arrival to us. We'd love to come back and highly recommend this place!

The Peak was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. Peaceful, private, pristine, wonderful views, lots to do or a great place to rest/ relax. We only wish we’d had longer We’d highly recommend this property

We had a few questions about locating the house but with the photo we did locate the unit and followed the instructions to get in. For some reason we had a question about getting the key out of the door but thanks to the responsiveness of Elena and Giulio we were inside and ready to enjoy our time there. There are no restaurants within walking distance but plenty of wonderful eateries close by. The accommodations are just as described and the host is ready to help if needed. Would stay again and hopefully you find this review helpful

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and, of course, exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for it and you can enjoy the beautiful big house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and it worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into the city. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We travelled a lot, but also enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. Thank you

we stayed 4 days at this beautiful apartment completely new, clean, tidy and complete with every comfort and every accessory for everyday life. located practically in the center of the village a stone's throw from all services but at the same time in a sheltered and quiet position. it offers two parking spaces. you can walk for several beautiful and comfortable walks for everyone. Very friendly host, very kind and flexible to our needs. I highly recommend it and if there is a chance we will gladly come back

I cannot say enough great things about Ludovica's beautiful apartment. I loved every minute there and didn't want to leave, The location was simply amazing and the views unbelievable! Perfectly situated for hiking right from the door, paradise awaiting in every direction. Super cute village, friendly neighours and good vibes everywhere. Walkable to a good supermarket and with some restaurants (that I didn't try). A short drive to many other amazing locations. Very homely and comfortable apartment, much more cosy vibe than many airbnb's these days, truly reminded me of how good an airbnb can be. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom, good water pressure in the shower, well stocked kitchen. Friendly and communicative host. 5 stars+ for every category. Thanks!

It was a very nice stay.

We were completely impressed with the accommodation, the hosts and the area. Spic and span, spacious, super-equipped apartment, very comfortable beds, extremely nice hosts, great weather. There were so many beautiful and interesting places to visit. We went on extensive hikes. We can give excursion recommendations to the Barbian waterfall, the earth pyramids near Lengmoos, the Alpe di Siusi, Rastenbachklamm, Lake Caldaro, Castello die Arco on Lake Garda, the Skywalk and the suspension bridge in Mezzocorona, Lago & Canyon Smeraldo, Lake Favogna and the sequoias. Big praise to the hosts!!! We can highly recommend this place.

We had a great experience staying at Jacob’s place. It was conveniently close to many villages offering a lot of activities. The host was very flexible, especially since we had a late check-in. The place was spacious and peaceful, featuring a large backyard that added to the serene atmosphere.

We had an unforgettable stay in this beautiful mountain house in Sospirolo. The location is truly enchanting, surrounded by nature, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The house is cozy, well maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Special thanks go to Cristiano for his incredible hospitality: from the beginning he made us feel at home, always available for any need and ready to give us great advice on places to visit in the surrounding area. His kindness and availability made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to spend a few days in the mountains, away from the chaos, but with the certainty of being welcomed in a familiar and comfortable environment. The home is located in a quiet hamlet. Your night sleep will not be disturbed by the car sounds. The place was clean and the hosts were very welcoming. We really enjoyed the stay.

We were only there for one night because our journey home from Umbria to Munich without a break with the dog would otherwise have been too long. We were able to unwind in the really quiet environment and continue driving relaxed the next day. The apartment has everything you need, is charmingly furnished, has very comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. From the balcony, you can look directly at the mountains and relax. Thanks for the hospitality. Gladly come back.
